New Construction Process

1. You or your builder should contact one of our sales representatives and provide plans with detailed sizes and specifications. A showroom visit may be beneficial to review product options. We are equipped with manufacture software packages that we would then use to provide you with a quote. On custom orders a deposit of 1/3 is required with balance due on substantial completion. Large orders may require an in-term payment.

Renovation Process

1. A review of the products on our website and/or a showroom visit should assist you in determining which product lines and options best suit your needs and budget.

2. Then either use the online Quick Quote feature on this website to obtain a general estimate or an in-home consultation can be arranged. The in home consultation is a chargeable service that would be credited back when an order is placed.

3. Once you wish to proceed with an order, detailed measurements and building code requirements will be assessed by one of our qualified Installation Managers.

4. A validated and/or revised final quote would be provided.

5. Once accepted, any home consultation charge will be deducted. On custom orders a deposit of 1/3 is required with balance due on substantial completion. Large orders may require an in-term payment.
